Our Family, Caring For Your Family

Horizon Care began as a result of our own experience of the difficulties that can be faced when trying to find appropriate care for a loved one. Over the last two decades we have been privileged to help to make that journey easier for many other families, by developing a growing choice of specialist care environments. We are proud to remain a family owned and run business, and the values we hold form the bedrock of our approach, shaping every dimension of our service. We put compassion and excellence at the heart of everything we do, and aim to enrich the lives we touch every day.

Young adults

Our pathways support young people to live vibrant and meaningful lives in modern and stylish surroundings. We support you to learn life skills and enjoy meaningful experiences no matter your level of support.

Adults

We work with adults to achieve their goals at every stage of life. Our services allow us to support you to stay connected with the wider community and your circle of support; as well as meet friends and learn new things.

Older Adults

Our team support older people to live with dignity and respect for an individual’s identity. We get to understand who you are, what you have to offer, what you want and need to live life to its fullest.

All the care that you need

We get to know you and tailor your support around your likes, dislikes, needs and goals.

We take the things and people that are important to you and build our services around all the unique details about you and your life.

We understand that the need to use care services is often unexpected and unplanned. Our services are available 365 days a year 24/7.

If we cannot help immediately at your preferred location, we will support you and your family to access a 'safe place' across at one of our locations until we have availability at your preferred service.
