What to expect from Supported Living

Independence

We encourage the use of flexible and transitional support, assistive technology, education and community resources and links to promote independence in everyday living.

Support & Enablement

We work with you to design your support taking account of your needs, choices and aspirations, your family and community around you. Our support packages meet individual needs and range from a few hours a week to 24/7 care and support.

Your Home

Enjoy the comforts of your own beautifully appointed apartment or shared housing where you can make friends, enjoy new experiences and entertain visitors.

Working & Learning

We can support you to learn life skills and access; volunteer, education and employment opportunities.

Lifestyle and Socialising

We can support you to actively participate with the community around you and enjoy events, activities, trips, excursions and holidays.

Specialist Care

Alongside accommodation, we can also facilitate access to qualified specialist care professionals to support individuals with changing conditions and challenging support needs to live independently.
